摘要 介绍了轻型商用制冷设备的分类和定义,通过循环性能、热工参数、环保性、安全性、系统可维护性等多方面的比较,分析了轻型商用制冷设备制冷剂的总体替代趋势。R290、R600a、R744等天然制冷剂和人工合成环保制冷剂可替代基加利修正案下即将淘汰的R134a、R22、R404A制冷剂,有广阔的应用前景。通过对国内近45家轻型商用制冷设备生产制造企业的调研,总结了不同轻型商用制冷设备常用的制冷剂。企业可结合自身需求,选择合适的制冷剂替代方案。 This article introduces the classification and definition of light commercial refrigeration equipment, and analyzes the general trend of refrigerant substitution in light commercial refrigeration equipment by comparing various aspects such as cycle performance, thermal parameters, environmental protection, safety, and system maintainability. Natural refrigerants such as R290,R600 a, R744 and synthetic environmentally friendly refrigerants can replace R134 a, R22, R404 A refrigerants that will be phased out under the Kigali Amendment and have a broad application prospect. Through the research of nearly 45 light commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, the refrigerants commonly used in different light commercial refrigeration equipment are summarized. Enterprises can combine their needs and choose suitable refrigerant alternative solutions.
