本文针对某禽类屠宰厂采用冰水循环装置预冷出现降温困难、不能满足冷却工艺的问题,通过两次系统测试,进行检测和系统改进,使制冷系统最终满足工艺需求。进而分析了禽类屠宰预冷工艺中制冷系统、循环冰水装置、被冷却物之间的应用关系,进行系统的归纳和分析,有助于对循环冰水装置及系统应用进一步深化和优化。
