摘要 本文建立了均布载荷下的阀片悬臂梁模型,并基于动力学仿真分析方法获得了阀片冲击应力与冲击速度的关系,分析了结构参数对阀片抗冲击特性的影响。分析结果显示,增加阀片厚度以及减小变形段长度,会提高阀片的刚度和抗冲击性;在相同阀片刚度下,通过调节阀片变形段长度较调节阀片厚度有更好的抗冲击特性。 In this paper, the cantilever beam model of valve under distributed load is established. Based on the dynamic simulation analysis method, the direct relationship between the impact stress and impact velocity of valve is obtained, and the influence of structural parameters on the impact characteristics of valve is further studied. The results indicate that the impact characteristics of valve is better with the increase of valve thickness and the decrease of deformation section length. Under the same stiffness, reducing the length of deformation section is better than increasing the thickness of compressor valve.
