摘要
本文旨在解读国际衰弱和肌肉减少症研究会议(International Conference of Frailty and Sarcopenia Research,ICFSR)2020年制定的《指南:初级卫生保健中衰弱的筛查和管理》,并分析老年衰弱评估工具的特点及衰弱老年人的管理策略,以期为我国衰弱老年人的评估及管理提供新思路,实现老年人健康老龄化。
"developed in 2020 by the International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia Research(ICFSR).This article also analyzes the characteristics of frailty assessment tools and management strategies for frail elderly in order to provide new ideas for the assessment and management of frail elderly in China,and achieve healthy aging of the elderly.
