摘要
由于重症医学科独特的工作环境和持续繁重的工作任务,身心耗竭综合征(BOS)在重症医务人员中普遍发生。BOS是多因素长期作用的结果,其典型的三大表现为精疲力竭、去人格化和缺少成就感,在改变工作内容及工作环境后往往可以得到改善。BOS会影响医务人员的身心健康,造成工作效率及医疗服务质量下降。现对重症医学科中医务人员发生BOS的危险因素和防治方法进行综述,旨在提高医务人员对该病的认识,及时发现和干预,使其造成的危害最小化。
Due to the special working environment and the continuous heavy work tasks in the intensive care unit,the bum-out syndrome(BOS)is common among the intensive car stalf.BOS is the rsultl of muli-actor long-term effects.Its three typical manifestations are emotional exhaustion.depersonalization and low personal aecomplishment.which can often be improved after changing the work content and working environment.BOS afffects the physical and mental health of medical personnel,resulting in deerease in work effieiency and the quality of medical sen ices.In this article.the risk factors and prevention methods of BOS in intensive care unit were summarized to improve the medical staff's understanding of the disease in order to timely deteet.intervene and minimize the harm raused by it.
