良好的金融生态环境是推进农村经济发展的坚实基础。宁夏在优化农村金融生态环境方面取得了一定成效,农业经济发展环境逐步优化,农村金融组织服务体系日益完善,农村信用体系建设加快推进,农户及新型农业经营主体的贷款金额逐年增加。但不容忽视的是,宁夏还面临着经济发展水平不高、农村社会信用体系亟待完善、农村金融产品服务与农民实际需求差距较大等现实困境。着力发展特色优势产业,增强新型农业经营主体金融承载力、加快社会信用体系建设,营造良好的信用环境、加快健全金融涉诉案件联动机制等成为优化宁夏农村金融生态环境的着力点和突破口。

A good financial ecological environment is a solid foundation for promoting rural economic development.Ningxia has made some achievements in optimizing the rural financial ecological environment,gradually optimizing the agricultural economic development environment,improving the rural financial organization service system,and accelerating the construction of rural credit system.In the meantime,the loan amount of farmers and new agricultural business entities has increased year by year.However,Ningxia is also faced with practical difficulties,such as the low level of economic development,the urgent need to improve the rural social credit system,and the large gap between rural financial products and services and farmers’actual needs.Efforts to develop characteristic and advantageous industries,enhance the financial carrying capacity of new agricultural operators,accelerate the construction of social credit system,create a good credit environment,and accelerate the improvement of the linkage mechanism of financial litigation cases have become the focus and breakthrough for optimizing the rural financial ecological environment in Ningxia.
