This paper sorts out related laws and regulations of special equipment administrative licensing,collects data of licensing item and licensing organ,quantity of license and equipment from 2003,analyses overall aspect on special equipment production company,inspection and test organ,and inspector,tester and operator,review the development history of special equipment administrative licensing reform and summarize the effectiveness,provide data reference and technical support for next deepen reform.
