固定式压力容器修理要求的国内外对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Repair Requirements of Stationary Pressure Vessel between Domestic and Foreign Countries

国内目前固定式压力容器的修理没有技术标准支撑,本文对比了国外固定式压力容器修理的相关标准,发现国外标准中技术内容比较全面但不能完全与我国国情相符,并且与现行的法规要求矛盾较多.鉴于目前压力容器修理质量参差不齐,部分不合理的修理甚至会给容器带来二次损伤,制定一部符合我国特种设备规范要求的标准已经是固定式压力容器修理工作迫切的需求.

At present,there is no technical standard to support the repair of stationary pressure vessels in China.This paper compares the relevant standards for the repair of stationary pressure vessels in foreign countries,and finds that the technical content of foreign standards is relatively comprehensive,but they are not completely consistent with China's national conditions,and there are many contradictions with the current regulations.In view of the uneven repair quality of pressure vessels,some unreasonable repairs may even bring secondary damage to the vessels,it is urgent to formulate a standard that meets the requirements of China’s special equipment specifications.
