摘要 为解决大型游乐设施由于结构自重量过重而造成能耗高、维护难的问题,本文引入先进复合材料来实现其结构轻量化,提出通过对比分析各类材料的性能特点,利用多源互补的监测技术辨析失效模式,结合数值模拟技术开展游乐设施的性能测试和安全验证试验的技术路线.本项研究的成果为后续先进复合材料在大型游乐设施推广应用提供理论依据和方法参考,对大型游乐设施关键技术攻关和健康持续发展具有重要的科学价值. In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and difficult maintenance of large-scale amusement facilities due to the excessive weight of the structure,this paper introduces advanced composite materials to realize its lightweight structure,and proposes to compare and analyze the performance characteristics of various materials and use multi-source complementary detection and monitoring technology to identify failure modes,combined with numerical simulation technology to carry out research methods and technical routes for performance testing and safety verification tests under the operating conditions of amusement facilities.The results of this research provide a theoretical basis and method reference for the subsequent promotion and application of advanced composite materials in large-scale amusement facilities,and have important scientific value for key technology research and healthy and sustainable development of large-scale amusement facilities.
