摘要 截止到2020年底,我国电梯的保有量已达786.55万台,保有量和增长量均居世界第一.电梯的能源消耗在整个社会能耗中占有相当大的比例.为了推进电梯能效评价工作,首先要解决电梯在不同工况下能耗测量的问题.为此,本研究提出了跟踪电梯实时位置测量所对应能耗数据的方法,开发了电梯能耗分析仪,能够较精准地测量电梯不同工况下的能耗,有助于推动电梯节能技术的研究和电梯的能效评价工作. By the end of 2020,the number of elevators in China had reached 7.8655 million,ranking first in the world in terms of both number and growth.The energy consumption of elevator occupies a large proportion in the energy consumption of the whole society.At present,there is no elevator energy efficiency evaluation standard in China.In order to promote the progress of elevator energy efficiency evaluation,the problem of energy consumption measurement under different working conditions should be solved firstly.Therefore,this study proposes a method to track the energy consumption data corresponding to elevator real-time position measurement.The elevator energy consumption analyzer was developed,which can accurately measure the energy consumption of elevator under different working conditions,which was helpful to promote the research of elevator energy saving technology.
