大型常压原油储罐基于风险的检验应用与研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文通过对某企业两座油库多台常压储罐实施基于风险的检验,根据腐蚀调查、在线声发射检测、开罐检测的结果对储罐的风险评估进行修正,对比分析修正前后的风险评估结果,研究不同检测方法对风险评估结果的影响作用,同时验证了声发射技术在常压储罐底板腐蚀检测中的准确性.指出通过基于风险的检验技术可延长储罐检修周期,为石化储运行业更加灵活的生产活动安排提供依据. In this paper,the effect of different detection methods on the results of risk assessment is studied by comparing the results of risk assessment before and after the correction which is according to the results of corrosion investigation,on-line AE inspection and off-line inspection,through the implementation of risk-based inspections on multiple atmospheric storage tanks in two crude oil storage depots of an enterprise.At the same time,the accuracy of acoustic emission technology in corrosion detection of atmospheric storage tank floor is verified.It is pointed out that the risk-based inspection technology can extend the overhaul interval of storage tank and provide basis for more flexible production activities arrangement of petrochemical storage industry.
