煤气化装置气化炉衬里开裂现象失效分析

摘要 对陕西某煤化工企业在用气化炉进行定期检验的过程中,发现多台气化炉激冷室内表面衬里均出现了大范围的表面裂纹.通过进一步对衬里开展渗透检测、光谱检测、金相硬度等检测手段,结合气化炉近期原料煤、水质分析结果,分析得出本次气化炉主要损伤模式为氯、硫等腐蚀性元素引起的应力腐蚀开裂,并最终提出了相对应的解决措施. It was found that a large range of surface cracks appeared in the surface lining of quench chamber of several gasifiers during the regular inspection for a coal chemical enterprise in Shanxi Province.Based on the analysis of the recent water quality,penetrant testing,spectral detection and metallographic examination,it is concluded that the main damage mode of the gasifier is stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorine,sulfur and other corrosive elements,and present the measure to solve the question.
