摘要
针对某海工装备平台主吊钩钢丝绳目视出现疑似波浪变形的现象,在钢丝绳及其缠绕系统的常规检验基础上,进一步进行钢丝绳电磁无损检测,对缺陷进行了确认,并分析了其产生的原因.结果表明:疑似的波浪变形实际为钢丝绳绳股凹陷.本文从钢丝绳生产和使用两个方面分析了绳股凹陷产生的可能性原因,并提出了必要的预防措施.
In view of the phenomenon that the main hook steel wire rope of a marine equipment platform appears suspected wave deformation visually,on the basis of the routine inspection of the steel wire rope and its winding system,the electromagnetic nondestructive inspection of the steel wire rope is further carried out,and the defects are confirmed,and analyzed the cause of its occurrence.The results show that the suspected wave deformation is actually a sag in the strand of wire rope.This paper analyzes the possible causes of rope strand depression from two aspects of production and use of wire rope,and advances some necessary preventive measures.
