草酸-无水乙酸钠联用分离制备高纯度对甲酚

摘要 采用草酸络合法分离对甲酚,其中草酸的用量为对甲酚摩尔量的1.2倍,1,2-二氯乙烷的用量为混甲酚质量的3倍,60℃下络合1.5 h,络合分离后再用无水乙酸钠对滤液进行再次络合分离,所得的混酚滤液采用草酸法进一步分离。该法用于对甲酚质量分数为30%~80%的对甲酚和间甲酚的混酚体系,可以得到纯度高于99%的对甲酚,且对甲酚的回收率可以达到80%以上。 The oxalic acid complex method was used to separate mixture of p-cresol and m-cresol.The amount of oxalic acid was 1.2 times of the molar amount of p-cresol,and the amount of 1,2-dichloroethane was 3 times of the mass of mixed cresol.The complex temperature was 60℃ and the complex time was 1.5 h.The filtrate from above process was treated by anhydrous sodium acetate and the filtrate was further separated by oxalic acid method.This method can be used for the mixture of p-cresol and m-cresol with the mass fraction of p-cresol from 30% to 80%.The purity of p-cresol was higher than 99%,and the recovery of p-cresol was more than 80%.
