摘要
采用单因素试验及响应面法对超临界CO_(2)萃取丁香精油进行工艺优化。选取萃取温度、萃取压力及萃取时间作为考察因素,以丁香精油收率为考察指标进行单因素试验。依据单因素试验结果确定最佳萃取温度、萃取压力及萃取时间,采用响应面法进行3因素3水平试验,考察3因素及其交互作用对丁香精油收率的影响。结果表明:超临界CO_(2)萃取丁香精油的最优工艺为萃取温度49℃、萃取压力36 MPa、萃取时间105 min、CO_(2)流量为10 kg·h^(-1),最优工艺下丁香精油平均收率为20.1%。通过试验验证,此法可靠,可以用于超临界CO_(2)萃取丁香精油工艺的初步分析及优化。
The optimal extraction of clove essential oil by supercritical CO_(2) was studied.Based on single factor experiment,with extraction temperature,extraction pressure and extraction time as the influence factors,and the clove essential oil yield as indicator,response surface methodology was conducted to optimize supercritical CO_(2) extraction conditions.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 49℃,extraction pressure 36 MPa,extraction time 105 min and CO_(2) flow 10 kg·h^(-1).Under these conditions,the average yield of clove essential oil was 20.1%.This method is reliable and can be used for the preliminary analysis and optimization of supercritical CO_(2) extraction of clove essential oil.
