摘要
姜黄素是姜黄的天然多酚成分,具有良好的生物学功能,如抗炎、抗癌、抗菌,但其生物利用度差、溶解度低、在体液中的不稳定性、代谢速度快,限制了该药物的治疗应用。本文对基于纳米技术的姜黄素递送系统如脂质体、聚合物胶束、聚合物纳米粒子、纳米凝胶等进行综述,纳米载体具有改善药物的水溶性、生物利用度以及克服生理障碍的能力,可使姜黄素的活性显著增强,减少所需剂量,具有更好的靶向性;同时对姜黄素纳米制剂在医学领域治疗如癌症、眼部疾病、伤口愈合等方面的应用与前景进行了展望,旨在为姜黄素的进一步研究与开发提供参考与借鉴。
Curcumin is a natural polyphenol component of turmeric.It has good biological functions,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer and antibacterial,but its poor bioavailability,low solubility,instability in body fluids and fast metabolism limit its therapeutic application.In this paper,curcumin delivery systems based on nanotechnology,such as liposome,polymer micelle,polymer nanoparticles,nanogels were reviewed.Nanocarrier has the ability to improve the water solubility,bioavailability of drugs and the ability to overcome physical obstacles,it can make the activity of curcumin significantly enhanced,reduce the dosage required,has better targeting;At the same time,the application and prospect of curcumin nano-preparation in the treatment of cancer,eye diseases,wound healing and other aspects in the medical field were prospected,in order to provide reference for the further research and development of curcumin.
