摘要
目的了解本地区儿童维生素D营养状况,为维生素D缺乏防治提供科学依据。方法对5169例在本院接受儿童保健的儿童进行25-羟维生素D_(3) [25-(OH)D_(3)]的检测,≥30 ng/L为充足,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果 5169名儿童血清25-(OH)D;平均水平为(20.72±8.83)ng/L,充足784例,占15.17%;不足1498例,占28.98%;缺乏2887例,占55.85%。男童25-(OH)D;平均水平高于女童(t=8.322,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。随儿童年龄增长,25-(OH)D_(3)平均水平逐渐下降,不同年龄组间充足与缺乏差异有统计学意义。不同月份儿童血清25-(OH)D_(3)水平不同,最低3月份,最高9月份,不同月份组间差异有统计学意义。结论本地区儿童维生素D营养状况不容乐观,呈现季节特点,随年龄增长维生素D水平下降,除常规做好婴幼儿营养性维生素D缺乏性佝偻病预防外,应重点关注学龄期儿童的维生素D营养状况。
Objective To understand the vitamin D nutritional status of children in this area and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency. Methods A total of 5169 children who received child care in our hospital were tested for 25-(OH)D_(3). ≥30 ng/L was sufficient. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Results The level of 25-(OH)D_(3) in 5169 children was(20.72±8.83) ng/L, sufficient for 784 cases, accounting for 15.17%, less than 1498 cases, accounting for 28.98%, and lacking 2887 patients, accounting for 55.85%. The average level of 25-(OH)D;in boys was higher than that in girls(t=8.322, P<0.01). With the increase of children’s age, the average level of 25-(OH)D_(3)gradually decreased, and there was a statistically significant difference between sufficient and lacking in different age groups. Children’s serum 25-(OH)D;levels were different in different months, from the lowest in March to the highest in September. The difference between the groups in different months was statistically significant. Conclusion The vitamin D nutritional status of children in this area is not optimistic and presents seasonal characteristics. Vitamin D levels decrease with age. In addition to routine prevention of nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets in infants and young children, attention should be drawn to the vitamin D nutritional status of school-age children.
