摘要
正常情况下,体内氧化和抗氧化之间处于动态平衡,当这种平衡被打破,就会形成氧化应激。氧化应激通过影响细胞的信号转导、线粒体的功能等参与一系列生理、病理过程。哺乳动物早期胚胎发育阻滞是胚胎体外培养中的普遍现象,氧化应激及线粒体功能改变是诱导胚胎发育阻滞的主要原因之一,并且可能会降低临床妊娠率。本文简要综述氧化应激、线粒体损伤与胚胎发育阻滞间的关系以及氧化应激导致胚胎发育阻滞机制的最新进展。
There is a dynamic balance between oxidation and antioxidant in normal human body. When the balance is broken, oxidative stress(OS) will occur. OS participates in a series of physiological and pathological processes by affecting cell signal transduction and mitochondrial functions. Early embryo developmental arrest in mammals is a common phenomenon in embryo culture in vitro. OS and mitochondrial function change are one of the main reasons that induce embryo developmental arrest, and it may reduce the rate of clinical pregnancy. This article briefly reviews the relationship between oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction in embryo developmental arrest, and the latest advances in the mechanism of oxidative stress leading to embryo developmental arrest.
