稳定杆疲劳载荷确立及疲劳寿命分析 被引量:1

摘要 横向稳定杆是汽车悬架中的重要结构部件,当其疲劳断裂发生时,会严重危害车辆行驶的安全性.基于传统汽车稳定杆设计处于类比和经验设计阶段,疲劳可靠性设计偏保守、开发周期长,对整车性能和成本控制不利.文中首先,采集试车场内稳定杆连杆载荷,利用Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论,确立疲劳载荷制定方法,生成稳定杆疲劳试验多级载荷谱;然后,通过疲劳仿真分析,确定稳定杆疲劳试验危险截面及疲劳热点.最后搭建进行稳定杆疲劳台架试验.结果表明,稳定杆疲劳台架试验失效寿命及位置与仿真预测基本一致.说明文中疲劳载荷制定方法有效,对稳定杆疲劳载荷制定、疲劳寿命预测有一定的指导意义. The stabilizer bar is the main suspension component of vehicle.When its fatigue fracture occurs,it can seriously endanger the safety of the vehicle.Based on the analogy and empirical design stage of traditional automobile,the fatigue reliability analysis is conservative and time-consuming,which adversely affect performance and cost of the vehicle.Firstly,the stabilizer bar link load was acquired from PG.The Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory is used to establish a fatigue load formulation method and generate a multi-level load spectrum for the stabilizer bar fatigue test.Secondly,the fatigue hot point was found out with virtual fatigue analysis.Finally,the stabilizer bar fatigue test was carried out with the block loads and the test result was essentially in agreement with virtual analysis result.A foundation for fatigue test load definition,virtual fatigue analysis and rig test method of vehicle stabilizer bar was found in this paper.
