摘要 某传统真空伺服助力式制动系统车型,由于其换代产品涉及到发动机横改纵,导致原真空系统结构由机械真空泵加进气歧管双真空源式改为机械真空泵单真空源式,为有效避免可能存在的由于真空系统结构的变化而带来的车辆抽真空能力的不足,试验人员通过对多种不同的抽真空方式进行对比测试,希望得出在以北京为代表的平原地区,不同真空系统结构的抽真空能力的区别,同时为项目开发提供数据支持. Due to the replacement products of a traditional vacuum servo-assisted brake system model have the horizontal change of the engine,the original vacuum system structure is changed from the mechanical vacuum pump and intake manifold dual vacuum source type to the mechanical vacuum pump single vacuum source type.In order to effectively avoid the possible shortage of the vacuum extraction capability of vehicles for the changes in the vacuum system structure,the experimenters conduct comparative tests on various vacuum extraction methods,hoping to find the difference in the vacuum pumping capacity of different vacuum system structures in the plain area represented by Beijing and at the same time provide data support for project development.
