基于传递函数模型的飞机腐蚀结构可靠性评估

摘要 以某型飞机典型结构腐蚀为研究对象,基于实际检修数据的统计分析,建立传递函数模型,揭示腐蚀深度与腐蚀发展时间之间的动态对应关系,预测腐蚀结构的剩余寿命,并进行可靠性评估。算例分析表明,基于传递函数模型的飞机隔框结构腐蚀状态的预测结果与实际情况基本一致,可为飞机结构腐蚀的防护维修决策提供科学支持,对优化腐蚀维修策略,确保飞机结构安全,减少腐蚀造成的经济损失具有一定的现实价值。 Taking the typical structural corrosion of a certain type of aircraft as the research object, based on the statistical analysis of actual maintenance data, a transfer function model was established to reveal the dynamic correspondence between corrosion depth and corrosion development time, to predict the remaining life of the corroded structure, and to perform reliability evaluation. The analysis of the example showed that the prediction results of the corrosion state of the aircraft frame structure based on the transfer function model was basically consistent with the actual situation, providing scientific support for the protection and maintenance decision of aircraft structure corrosion. It is of practical value to optimize the corrosion maintenance strategy, ensure the safety of aircraft structure and reduce the economic loss caused by corrosion.
