摘要 目的探讨SOX10、GATA3和GCDFP-15在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中的表达及其鉴别诊断意义。方法收集西安市人民医院(西安市第四医院)2005-01—2020-07 274例乳腺癌切除标本病例制作组织芯片,其中TNBC 48例、非TNBC 226例,正常乳腺组织50例,应用免疫组化法检测SOX10、GATA3和GCDFP-15的表达,分析其与各组病例临床病理特征的关系并复习文献。结果 SOX10、GATA3和GCDFP-15在乳腺癌组织中的表达率分别为10.6%(29/274)、83.2%(228/274)和15.7%(43/274),其中TNBC中SOX10、GATA3和GCDFP-15的阳性表达率分别为60.4%(29/48)、37.5%(18/48)和10.4%(5/48),非TNBC中SOX10、GATA3和GCDFP-15的阳性表达率分别为0(0/226)、92.9%(210/226)和16.8%(38/226),SOX10和GATA3在TNBC及非TNBC中的表达差异均具有显著性(P<0.001),联合应用SOX10和GATA3在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率可达到93.1%(255/274),在TNBC中的阳性表达率可达91.7%(44/48)。结论 SOX10在TNBC组织中具有较高的阳性表达率,GATA3在非TNBC中具有较高阳性表达率,联合应用SOX10和GATA3可显著提高TNBC转移灶诊断的准确率。 Objective To investigate the expression of SOX10, GATA3 and GCDFP-15 in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) and their differential diagnosis significance. Methods A total of 274 cases of breast cancer resection specimens were collected from Xi’an People’s Hospital/Xi’an Fourth Hospital from January 2005 to July 2020 to make tissue chips, including 48 cases of TNBC, 226 cases of non-TNBC and 50 cases of normal breast tissue. The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SOX10, GATA3 and GCDFP-15, and the clinicopathological characteristics of each group of cases were analyzed and the literature was reviewed. Results The expression rates of SOX10, GATA3 and GCDFP-15 in breast cancer tissues were 10.6%(29/274), 83.2%(228/274) and 15.7%(43/274);the positive expression rates of SOX10, GATA3 and GCDFP-15 in TNBC were 60.4%(29/48), 37.5%(18/48) and 10.4%(5/48);the positive expression rates of SOX10, GATA3 and GCDFP-15 in non-TNBC were 0%(0/226), 92.9%(210/226) and 16.8%(38/226), respectively. The expression differences of SOX10 and GATA3 in TNBC and non-TNBC were all significant(P<0.001). The positive rate of combined application of SOX10 and GATA3 in breast cancer tissues reached 93.1%(255/274), and the positive expression rate in TNBC reached 91.7%(44/48).Conclusion SOX10 has a high positive expression rate in TNBC tissues, and GATA3 has a high positive expression rate in non-TNBC tissues. The combined application of SOX10 and GATA3 can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of TNBC metastases.
