A Study on NATO Modelling and Simulation as a Service

摘要 建模与仿真具有极高的应用价值,并且其产品、数据与流程的易于访问性也变得极为重要。然而,为确保分布式仿真系统的互操作性和结果的可信性、一致性,需要花费极大的时间、人力和预算等开销。以有效、高效交付建模与仿真能力为目的,北约建模与仿真组(NMSG)提出建模与仿真即服务(MSaaS,Modelling and Simulation as a Service)概念并设计相应参考架构,支撑按需部署与执行组件化的分布式仿真环境。针对北约建模与仿真即服务的概念内涵、参考架构、工程过程、服务发现等相关内容进行分析研究。 Modeling and simulation is very valuable in practice,while the convenient accessibility of its product,data and process has become significantly important.To guarantee the interoperation of the distributed simulation systems and the fidelity and credibility of results,it takes a lot of time,labor-power and budget.In order to effectively and efficiently deliver the capabilities of modeling and simulation,NATO Modeling and Simulation Group(NATO-MSG)proposes the concept of Modeling and Simulation as a Service(MSaaS)and designs the corresponding reference architecture,supporting the on-demand deployment and execution of distributed simulation environment.In this paper,we study the conceptual meaning,engineering process and service discovery of NATO modeling and simulation as a service.
