摘要
多用户行为同时认证环境中,并发事件出现频繁,导致存在认证准确性差、误报率高等问题,提出一种基于Petri网的用户行为认证模型。在私有云环境中,针对单用户,利用SPN构建用户行为身份验证模型,将用户资源访问行为转换为行为路径,通过计算路径之间的相似度来分析单用户行为的可信度,利用改进的k-means算法量化用户行为的可信度,采用AHP算法计算行为证据权重,实现基于Petri网的用户行为认证。实验结果表明,研究模型的准确性更高,同时检测率和误报率均优于现有模型,综合有效性更好。
In multi-user behavior authentication environment,frequent concurrent events lead to the problems of poor authentication accuracy and high false alarm rate.Therefore,a model of user behavior authentication based on Petri net was proposed.In private cloud environment,SPN was used to build the behavior authentication model for single user,and then user resource access behavior was transformed into the behavior path.Moreover,the credibility of single user behavior was analyzed by calculating the similarity between paths,and the credibility of user behavior was quantified by using improved k-means algorithm.Finally,the weight of behavior evidence was calculated by AHP algorithm.Thus,the user behavior certification based on Petri net was achieved.Experimental results show that the accuracy of model is higher;Meanwhile,the detection rate and false alarm rate are better than the existing model,so its comprehensive effectiveness is better.
