摘要
对沉积物中的硫化物测定方法—亚甲基蓝分光光度法和气相分子吸收光谱法进行对比研究,分析了气相法的校准曲线和方法检出限,对比了两种方法检测的精密度、准确度及加标回收率。研究表明,气相法分析土壤中的硫化物操作方便,曲线相关系数及精密度等测试能达到沉积物样品的分析要求,通过优化测定条件,可减少所需试剂用量,更好地完成大批量监测任务,为推广其在沉积物底质中的检测应用起到积极的作用。
The methylene blue spectrophotometry and gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry for the determination of sulfide in sediments were compared,the calibration curve and detection limit of the gas phase method were analyzed,and the detection precision,accuracy and recovery of the two methods were compared.The research shows that the gas phase method is convenient to analyze sulfide in soil,and the test of curve correlation coefficient and precision can meet the analysis requirements of sediment samples.By optimizing the determination conditions,the required reagent dosage can be reduced,and the mass monitoring task can be better completed,which plays a positive role in popularizing its application in the detection of sediment sediment.
