环境监测实验室危险废物的产生及处理措施研究

Study on Generation and Treatment Measures of Hazardous Waste in Environmental Monitoring Laboratory

为规范危险废物处理,指出了环境监测实验室存在的问题:未批先建的历史遗留问题,未开展环保竣工验收工作,未依法分类收集、贮存、处置危险废物,危险废物识别不清,识别不全。分析了危险废物的分类及处理要点,提出了环境监测实验室危险废物排放的管理措施:依法开展环境影响评价工作,严格制定实验室内部排放标准,做好危险废物暂存间的建设及环境管理。遵循减量化、资源化、无害化原则,及时有效地处理检测过程中形成的危险废物,避免污染环境。

In order to standardize the treatment of hazardous waste,the problems existing in the environmental monitoring laboratory are pointed out,i.e.the historical problems left over by the construction without approval,the completion acceptance of environmental protection,the classified collection,storage and disposal of hazardous waste according to law,and the identification of hazardous waste is unclear and incomplete.This paper analyzes the classification and treatment points of hazardous waste,and puts forward the management measures of hazardous waste discharge in environmental monitoring laboratory,i.e.to carry out environmental impact assessment according to law,strictly formulate internal discharge standards in the laboratory,and do well in the construction of temporary storage room for hazardous waste and environmental management.It needs to follow the principles of reduction,recycling and harmlessness,and timely and effectively treat the hazardous waste formed in the detection process to avoid environmental pollution.
