乡村建筑风貌修复中传统文化保护与传承问题研究——以枫溪乡岱后村建筑风貌整治为例

On Preservation and Inheritance of Traditional Culture in Rural Architectural View Renovation

乡村风貌是一种活态的文化,不仅在物质空间层面对乡村环境具有提质升级的作用,更是构建乡村文化基底与内涵特色的关键。做好乡村地区传统文化的保护和传承,是城乡规划建设面临的重大挑战。该文以福建省浦城县枫溪乡岱后村建筑风貌整治为例,通过对村庄建筑的屋顶、门窗、外墙饰面、色彩等要素进行控制,使传统建筑的质感得以最大限度的保留;对具有代表性的农宅进行示范改造设计,尽量遵循原有建筑的外观类型和材质,内部空间则根据村民现有的生活方式或房屋用途进行布局和改造,力求建筑风貌的保护不影响村民居住品质的提高,实现外部的乡土性与内部的现代化。此次建筑风貌整治,可为岱后村的人居环境提升及旅游业发展带来重大机遇,也为优美乡村建设与文化传承提供了参考。

The rural view is a living culture,which not only raises the bar for environment-improving,but makes for the base and connotative features of rural culture.The urban and rural planning and construction is faced with the issue of the preservation and inheritance of traditional culture in rural areas.This paper introduced the renovation case of architectural view in Daihou Village,Fengxi Township,Pucheng County,Fujian Province,where the roofs,doors and windows,exterior wall finishes,colors and other elements of village buildings were controlled,so as to retain the texture of traditional buildings to the greatest extent;where some representative residential buildings were redesigned and renovated for demonstration,following the original building look and materials,while the internal space was rearranged and morphed to fit the villagers’current lifestyle or residential use.Thus the preservation of the original architectural view would not be a restraint to the improvement of the villagers’living quality while achieving the modernization of the exterior and interior building.The renovation of the architectural view can bring major opportunities for the improvement of the living environment and the development of tourism to Daihou Village,and provide a reference for the construction of beautiful villages and cultural inheritance.
