乡村田园综合体与旅居养老一体化设计探讨——以常德市阳山苑田园综合体设计方案为例

Discussion on Integration Design of Pastoral Complex and Sojourning for the Elderly Living in Retirement

田园综合体作为促进乡村振兴的新途径之一,是将乡村内部较好的自然与人文景观资源进行整合而形成的一种乡村旅游模式,在一定程度上类似于当前所流行的旅居养老,深入考察二者之间的共性,发现存在着一体化设计的可能性。该文以常德市阳山苑田园综合体设计方案为例,从主题定位、场地选址、总体布局、景观组织四个方面对田园综合体与旅居养老的一体化设计策略进行解释说明,可为当下田园综合体旅居养老一体化的设计实践提供参考。

As one of the emerging ways to promote rural revitalization,the pastoral complex is a rural tourism model formed by integrating the excellent natural and human landscape resources in the countryside.To a certain extent,it is synonymous with the popular sojourning for the elderly living in retirement today.An in-depth survey on commonality between the two showed that there implicitly lies the possibility of integrated design.Therefore,based on the integration design scheme for the pastoral complex in Yangshanyuan,Changde,this paper illustrated the design strategy from the four aspects:theme positioning,site selection,overall layout,and landscape organization,providing reference for similar design practice.
