竹条粘合箱形压杆受力性能试验研究

摘要 基于全国大学生结构设计竞赛所给竹条材料,该文研究了三种规格(截面分别为6mm×1mm、3mm×3mm、2mm×2mm)竹条制作的等边箱形压杆的整体稳定性能。参照《木结构设计标准》(GB 50005-2017)中关于轴心受压杆件的计算方法,基于试验结果,分析了竹条粘合箱形压杆的失稳破坏形态和整体稳定系数。试验结果表明:竹条粘合箱形压杆在受荷时,同时存在局部失稳与整体弯曲失稳,其中长细比小于临界长细比的构件在受压时以局部失稳为主,长细比大于临界长细比的构件以整体失稳为主。通过对比试验数据及分析拟合,该文提出了竹条粘合箱形压杆的承载力设计方法,可为参赛者在结构设计竞赛中进行构件截面设计提供科学的理论依据和计算公式参考。 Based on the bamboo strip materials given by the National University Student Structural Design Competition,this paper studied the overall stability of equilateral box-shaped struts made of three specifications(with sections of 6 mm×1 mm,3 mm×3 mm,2 mm×2 mm,respectively).Referring to the calculation method of axial compression members in the Wood Structure Design Standard(GB 50005-2017),and based on the test results,the instability failure morphology and the overall stability coefficient of the bamboo sticks-bonded box-shaped compression rod were analyzed.The test results showed that when the bamboo sticks-bonded box-shaped compression rod is under load,local instability and overall bending instability co-exist.Members with the length-slenderness ratio less than the critical length-slenderness ratio are mainly localized instability under compression,and those with the length-slenderness ratio greater than the critical one is dominated by overall instability.By comparing,analyzing and fitting test data,this paper proposed a design method for the bearing capacity of bamboo sticksbonded box-shaped struts,which can provide a scientific theoretical basis and calculation formula reference for the participants in the structural design competition for the component section design.
