Poison Cat Theory:The Social Roots of Fear and Violencewritten by Wang Mingke is a book to explore the origins of suspicion,fear and violence among human communities.Starting from the phenomenon of"poison cat"in Qiang village,combining the cases of Chinese and western human society looking for poison cat and scapegoat to release fear and pressure,this paper constructs a unique"poison cat theory".The theory reflects on the hostility,fear and violence in the human community,which makes the"poison cat theory"form a great explanatory effect.Combined with the concept of"a community of shared future for mankind",we can better reflect on the phenomenon of"poison cat"in human society.
