浅析白术在《医学衷中参西录》中的应用

Analysis on the Application of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma in Intergrating Chinese and Western Medicine

以白术为切入点,运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 24.0软件对《医学衷中参西录》“方剂篇”第一卷至第八卷中所载含有白术的22首方剂进行分析。结果共纳入53味中药,用药总频次达159次,方剂剂型多以汤剂为主,治疗最多病证为妇科疾病,其次为癃闭。白术的使用品种以浙地之于术居多,用量多为三钱,但张氏强调临证酌情使用。在药物功效分类上补虚药配伍率最高,占43.40%,且配伍最多的药物为白芍,中药药性配伍频率最高的为温性药52.20%,药味配伍频率最高为甘味药34.62%,归经配伍频率最高的为脾经25.92%。由此可知,张锡纯对白术的药性和临床运用甚为谙熟,常用以温补中焦、健脾化湿、调和肝脾,可为临床用药和其学术思想继承提供一定的参考作用。

Taking Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma as the starting point,this study analyzed 22 prescriptions containing Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma contained in volumes I to VIII of prescriptions in Intergrating Chinese and Western Medicine by using IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS statistics 24.0 software.a total of 53 traditional Chinese medicines were included,and the total frequency of medication was 159 times.Most of the prescriptions and dosage forms were based on decoction,and the disease syndrome was gynecological disease,followed by amenorrhea.Most of the varieties of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma was from Zhejiang,and the dosage was mostly three money,but Zhang stressed that it should be used according to the clinical conditions.In terms of herb efficacy classification,the compatibility rate of deficiency-reinforcing herb was the highest,accounting for 43.40%,and the herb with the most compatibility was Paeoniae Radix Alba.The highest frequency of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility was warm herb(52.20%),and the highest frequency of herbal flavor compatibility was sweet herb(34.62%).The highest frequency of meridian compatibility wass spleen meridian,accounting for 25.92%.It can be seen that ZHANG Xi-chun was very familiar with the drug properties and clinical application of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.It was often used to warm and supplement the middle-jiao,strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,and reconcile the liver and spleen,which could provide guidance for clinical medication and reference for the inheritance of his academic thought.
