HUANG Huang's Clinical Experience of Yuebi Jiazhu Decoction

越婢加术汤出自《金匮要略》水气病篇,是黄煌临床常用方剂之一。黄煌从经典条文出发,总结出越婢加术汤的方证提要为"一身面目黄肿,小便不利,汗出、口渴、关节肿痛者",并结合药证以及自己的临床用药经验,归纳了越婢加术汤适用人群特征以及主治疾病谱。越婢加术汤的主治疾病谱存在以下特点:妇人月经病,多以月经后延、稀发或停经等为主要临床表现;多汗症、下肢关节肿痛、皮肤病等几种疾病,常伴随发生。
