益气培元固肾汤联合耳穴贴敷治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Proteinuria in Diabetic Kidney Disease Treatment with Yiqi Peiyuan Gushen DecoctionCombined with Auricular Point Application

目的:分析益气培元固肾汤联合耳穴贴敷治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果。方法:在2018年9月—2020年9月期间,抽取本院接收的60例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者作为研究对象,并通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组均给予基本治疗,对照组在此基础上给予口服厄贝沙坦150 mg,每日1次,观察组在治疗组基础上予以益气培元固肾汤联合耳穴贴敷治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后SCr、BUN、UAER、FPG、2 hPG、24 h蛋白尿、中医证候积分。结果:治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);同时,两组的SCr、BUN、UAER、FPG、2 hPG水平均有所降低,24 h蛋白尿有所减少,且观察组降低幅度和减少幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);且两组的主症、次症中医证候积分均有所降低,且观察组的降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者中实施益气培元固肾汤联合耳穴贴敷治疗,能进一步改善患者的肾功能及蛋白尿症状,并提升临床治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Peiyuan Gushen Decoction combined with auricular point application in the treatment of Proteinuria in Diabetic Kidney Disease.Methods:60 patients with Proteinuria of Diabetic Kidney Disease were divided into observation group and contral group with 30 cases in each group by random number table between september 2018 and september 2020.Both groups were given basic treatment,based on this,the contral group was givenIrbesartan 150 mg orally,once a day.While,the observation group was treated with Yiqi Peiyuan Gushen Decoction combined with ear point applicationbasedon the treatment group.To compare the clinical efficacy,serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary microalbumin excretion rate(UAER),fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial h blood glucose(2 hPG),24 proteinuria,TCM syndrome score.Results:After treatment,overall clinical effective rate(93.33%)in observationgroup was significantly higher than that in contral group(73.33%)(P<0.05);Meanwhile,both groups had lower SCr、BUN、UAER、FPG、2 hPG levels,24 h proteinuria decreased,and the reduction range and reduction range of observationgroup was better than that of contral group(P<0.05);and the two groups of main symptoms,secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome score had been reduced,and the decrease of observationgroup was better than that of contral group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Peiyuan Gushen Decoction combined with Auricular Point Application in diabetic kidney disease patients with proteinuria,can further improve the renal function and proteinuria symptoms,and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
