中医推拿与针灸联合治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果研究

The Effect of Chinese Medicine Massage Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探讨中医推拿与针灸联合治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:88例研究对象均为2020年6月—2021年5月于本院就诊的CSR患者,参照随机数字表将上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组44例患者接受针灸治疗,观察组44例患者在针灸治疗的基础上联合推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后的主要症状积分(头痛、眩晕、肩颈痛、恶心或呕吐)、疼痛情况、颈椎功能及不良反应情况。结果:在治疗的总有效率对比中,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组主要症状头痛、眩晕、肩颈痛、恶心或呕吐积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS与NDI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论:神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医推拿联合针灸治疗能够取得满意效果,可以有效改善患者的症状,缓解疼痛,提高颈椎功能,安全可靠,适于临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of chinese medicine massage and acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Eighty-eight patients with CSR were enrolled in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021,who were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table.44 patients in the control group received acupuncture treatment,and 44 patients in the observation group received massage treatment on the basis of acupuncture treatment.The clinical efficacy,scores of major symptoms(headache,dizziness,shoulder and neck pain,nausea or vomiting),pain and cervical spine function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:In the comparison of total effective rate,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms headache,dizziness,shoulder and neck pain,nausea or vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS and NDI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of CSR patients with chinese medicine massage combined with acupuncture can achieve satisfactory results,effectively improve the symptoms of patients,relieve pain,improve cervical spine function,safe and reliable,suitable for clinical promotion.
