摘要
风电机组异地监控系统对加强风电场远程管理,降低机组运维成本,检查和排除机组安全隐患至关重要。通过虚拟专用网络(VPN)建立异地监控中心,既能达到节约成本的目的,又能满足国家电力监管委员会《电力二次系统安全防护规定》的要求。本文就通过VPN登陆方式建立风电机组的异地监控及其安全性进行分析和论述。
It is essential for off-site monitoring of WTGs to enhance remote management of wind farms,to reduce WTG operation and maintenance costs,to check and eliminate potential safety hazards.A remote monitoring center can not only achieve cost-saving purposes through a virtual private network(VPN),but also meet the requirements of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission’s″Safety Protection Regulations for Secondary Power Systems″.This paper analyzes and discusses the remote monitoring and safety of WTGs through VPN.
