智慧风电变流器CANopen通信开发

Development of CANopen Communication Function for Wind Power Converter Control System

摘要 风电机组的智能化是风电行业的重要发展趋势,开发自主可控、灵活开放的变流器通讯系统成为重要任务。CANopen通讯具有硬件结构简单、抗干扰能力强、实时性高等优势,因此广泛应用于工业控制领域。本文基于TMS320F28377D的CAN(Controller Area Network)模块开发CANopen通讯功能,使其能够应用于以PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)为主控制器的智慧风电控制系统中。最后通过实验验证了所开发通讯功能的可靠性和准确性。 The intelligence of wind power system is an important trend,so the development of an independent,flexible and open converter communication system becomes an important task.CANopen communication has the advantages of simple hardware structure,strong anti-interference ability,and high real-time performance,so it is widely used in the field of industrial control.This paper developed CANopen communication function based on the CAN(Controller Area Network)module of TMS320F28377D,so that it could be used in wind power control systems with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)as the main controller.Finally,the reliability and accuracy of the developed communication function were verified through experiments.
