摘要
碳纤维缠绕铝内胆压力容器结构形式和材料性能复杂,很难利用理论方法求解其动力爆破性能,利用显式有限元计算软件LS-DYNA对某2.0 L复合材料压力容器进行了数值仿真分析,求解设备的水压爆破压力值,并确定其破坏形式。
The complex structural forms and material performance of the carbon-fiber winding pressure vessel with aluminum alloy liners make theoretical method difficulty in solving its dynamic blasting performance.Making use of LS-DYNA calculation software to numerically analyze the pressure vessel made of 2.0 L composite material was proposed to get its ideal water pressure blasting value and damage form.
