摘要 为轻便型岸滩油料补给系统设计了一种小型浮动平台,用于在海上对钢制管线和油船受加油软管进行转接。基于三维线性势流理论,使用水动力软件AQWA对所设计的漂浮转接平台进行了频域和不同系泊方式、不同海况条件下的时域动态响应研究。结果表明:所设计的四点系泊方式,兼具安装便捷、缆绳受力小的优点;转接平台性能满足海上生存和作业要求。 Having a small floating platform for the portable offshore oil supply system designed to adapt steel pipelines to oil tanker refueling hoses at sea was implemented,including having three-dimensional linear potential flow theory based and the hydrodynamic software AQWA used to study floating transfer platform designed in the frequency domain and time domain with different mooring methods and under sea conditions.The results show that,the four-point mooring method designed combines advantages of convenient installation and less force on the cable;and the performance of the transfer platform can meet requirements of survival and operation at sea.
