摘要
岩屑床清除工具对减少水平井岩屑床堆积、降低摩阻扭矩具有重要作用。对现场常用的直棱形、螺旋形和V形3种叶片结构的岩屑床清除工具进行了优选,通过实验研究了V形叶片长度、叶片外径和叶片数量对携屑效果的影响规律,设计加工了φ165.1 mm井眼用V形岩屑床清除工具,现场测试2井次,应用后钻柱摩阻分别下降28.6%和40.0%,起/下钻通畅、无阻卡,保障了后期电测、下套管作业的安全。
Cuttings bed removal tools play an important role in improving cuttings bed accumulation and reducing friction torque in horizontal wells.The commonly-used cuttings bed removal tools with straight prismatic,spiral and V-shaped blade structures were optimized and the effect law of V-shaped blade length,outer diameter,number and other parameters on cuttings-carrying effect were further studied through experiments,including having the V-shaped blade for φ165.1 mm well designed and processed.The cuttings bed removal tool has been tested twice in the field.After the application,the friction of drill string has decreased by 28.6% and 40.0%,respectively.The trip-out/drill down becomes unobstructed to ensure the quality of electric logging and the safe running of casing in the later stage.
