螯合树脂塔再生废水回收改造

摘要 介绍螯合树脂塔内树脂的平衡反应。原有废水处理工艺是将酸性和碱性废水全部混合后处理,不符合环保要求。后将碱性废水和酸性废水分开处理,每年可增加经济效益1.64万元,且减少了环境污染.提升了废水利用率,实现了节能减排。 The equilibrium reaction of resin in chelating resin tower is introduced.The original wastewater treatment process is to mix all acidic and alkaline wastewater and then to treat them.However,the process does not conform to the requirements of environmental protection.Therefore,the alkaline wastewater and the acidic wastewater are treated separately,which can increase economic benefit by 16400 yuan per year.Moreover,the new process reduces environmental pollution,improves the utilization rate of wastewater,and realizes energy conservation and emission reduction.
