黄河流域省级区域农旅融合质量研究——基于DEA交叉效率的实证分析 被引量:11

A Study on the Quality of Agricultural and Tourism Integration in China’s Yellow River Basin:An Empirical Analysis Based on DEA Cross Efficiency and Provincial Panel Data

摘要 以黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的重大国家战略为指导思想,运用仁慈型交叉效率DEA模型对2010—2019年黄河流域省级区域的农旅融合效率和空间差异进行综合质量评价。从实证分析结果上,黄河流域省级区域农旅融合效率水平总体较高,且呈现逐年递增的演化趋势,农业对旅游业的促进效率"先强后弱",黄河流域农旅融合效率总体呈现为旅游业对农业的促进效率;从空间差异上,农旅融合效率分为四种地区类型:甘肃省和青海省为稳定高效率地区;内蒙古自治区为非稳定高效率地区;山西省和宁夏回族自治区为稳定低效率地区;山东省、陕西省、河南省、四川省为非稳定低效率地区。在研究结论的基础上,提出黄河流域农旅融合质量优化的建议与措施。 According to the national strategy on Ecological Protection and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin,this research uses the DEA model on kind cross-efficiency to evaluate the comprehensive quality of the integration efficiency and spatial difference of agriculture and tourism industry in the Yellow River Basin from the year of 2010 to 2019. The empirical results suggest that the integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism in provincial regions of the Yellow River Basin is generally high,as well as the evolutionary trend of integration is increasing year by year. Moreover,the promotion efficiency of agriculture to tourism is described as“first strong and then weak”;Therefore,the promotion efficiency of tourism to agriculture is the biggest contributor to the integration of agriculture and tourism in the Yellow River Basin. From the view of spatial differences,the efficiency of agriculture and tourism integration can be divided into four regional types:Gansu Province and Qinghai Province are stable and efficient regions;Inner Mongolia Region is an unstable and high-efficiency region. Shanxi Province and Ningxia Region are stable and low efficiency regions. Shandong Province,Shaanxi Province,Henan Province and Sichuan Province are unstable and low efficiency regions. In all,this research puts forward suggestions and measures to optimizing the quality of agricultural and tourism integration in China’s Yellow River Basin.
