摘要 换热器具有高效的换热特性,因此被广泛应用于许多领域。但其同时也存在管内结垢问题,管内结垢会降低换热器的换热能力,影响其换热效果,造成能量损失。从污垢成因及换热器结垢的影响因素两个方面综述了换热器内结垢特性,换热器内结垢的影响因素主要包括以下三个方面:换热器介质、换热器结构及换热器内流体流动特性。 The heat exchanger had efficient heat transfer characteristics, so it was widely used in many fields.But it also had the problem of fouling in the tube. Fouling in the tube would reduce the heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger, affect its heat exchange effect, and cause energy loss. The fouling characteristics in the heat exchanger were reviewed from two aspects: the cause of fouling and the influencing factors of heat exchanger fouling. The influencing factors of fouling in the heat exchanger were mainly developed from the following three aspects: heat exchanger medium, heat exchanger structure and exchange Fluid flow characteristics in the heat exchanger.
