摘要 承压管道焊接修复过程的安全受到焊接工艺参数、现场环境、工人熟练程度等诸多因素的影响。采用有限元分析软件对管道修复过程进行分析,研究焊接热输入对焊接修复管道温度场、管道内壁温度、径向变形等参数的影响,确定了在不同热输入情况下管道焊接所能承受的最大压力。 The safety of the welding repair process of pressure-bearing pipelines was affected by many factors such as welding process parameters,site environment,worker proficiency,etc.The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the pipeline repair process,study the influence law of welding heat input on the temperature field,inner wall temperature and radial deformation of welded repaired pipeline,and determine the maximum pressure that pipeline welding could bear under different heat input.
