摘要
用加压溶剂法从石榴籽中提取石榴籽油。考察乙醇体积分数、提取温度和提取时间对石榴籽油提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化提取工艺;在此基础上以多孔淀粉为壁材,制备石榴籽油包合物,并对其制备工艺进行优化。结果表明,石榴籽油的最佳提取工艺是以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,提取温度100℃、提取时间50 min,在该工艺条件下,石榴籽油的提取率可以达到20.03%;石榴籽油包合物制备的最佳工艺条件为芯材与壁材质量比4∶1、包埋时间60 min、包埋温度60℃、转速200 r/min,最高包埋率28.83%。
Pomegranate seed oil was extracted from pomegranate seeds by pressurized solvent method,and the effects of ethanol volume fraction,temperature and time on extraction rate were investigated.The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal tests on the basis of single factor tests.Then,the inclusion compound of pomegranate seed oil was prepared by using porous starch as wall material,and the preparation processes were optimized.The results showed that the best extraction process of pomegranate seed oil were absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent extraction,extraction 50 min at 100℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of pomegranate seed oil reached 20.03%.For the preparation of inclusion compound of pomegranate seed oil,the optimum ratio of core material to wall material,embedding time,embedding temperature,and rotate speed were selected as 4∶1,60 min,60℃,and 200 r/min,respectively.And the highest embedding rate was 28.83%.
