山茶油脂肪酸组成及微量活性物质测定 被引量:5

Determination of fatty acid composition and trace active substance in camellia oil

摘要 以山茶油为原料,基于气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用、高效液相色谱等检测手段对山茶油中脂肪酸组成及微量生理活性物质进行测定。结果表明:山茶油中脂肪酸组成和相对含量为棕榈酸8.43%、硬脂酸2.34%、油酸80.01%、亚油酸8.46%、亚麻酸0.61%以及花生烯酸0.15%;同时,山茶油中角鲨烯、α-生育酚、β-谷甾醇含量依次为130.152、77.873、177.284 mg/kg。 Camellia oil was took as the raw material,the fatty acid composition and trace physiologically active substances in camellia oil were determined by detection methods such as gas chromatography(GC),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the fatty acid composition in camellia oil and the relative content was as following:palmitic acid 8.43%,stearic acid 2.34%,oleic acid 80.01%,linoleic acid 8.46%,linolenic acid 0.61%and arachidonic acid 0.15%;Meanwhile,the contents of squalene,α-tocopherol,andβ-sitosterol in camellia oil were 130.152,77.873 and 177.284 mg/kg,respectively.
