摘要 本文分析了络合铁脱硫液中碱液对硫化氢的吸收机理以及络合铁的氧化机理,分别考察了各条件对脱硫剂性能的影响。结果表明,在Fe^(3+)浓度为0.08mol·L^(-1),pH=8.5,选择自制的醇胺溶液为碱性助剂,含硫化氢的气体流量为300mL·min^(-1)的条件下,脱硫剂的脱硫性能最佳。对脱硫剂的再生性能进行了考察,经过再生后,该脱硫剂的脱硫性能仍能维持在90%以上。 This paper analyzed the absorption mechanism of hydrogen sulfide by the alkali solution in the complex iron desulfurization solution and the oxidation mechanism of the complex iron.The effects of various conditions on the performance of the desulfurization liquid were investigated.The results showed that when the Fe^(3+) concentration was 0.08mol/L,the pH reached 8.5,the alkali auxiliary agent chose self-made alcohol amine solution,and the desulfurization performance of the desulfurizer was the best under the condition of 300mL/min of hydrogen sulfide gas flow.Through the investigation of regeneration performance,the desulfurization performance of the desulfurization liquid after regeneration could still maintain above 90%.
