差速齿轮传动系统的动态啮合力影响规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 以差速齿轮传动系统为研究对象,建立动力学模型和系统振动微分方程,以齿轮副的准静态传递误差作为系统的动态激励,通过Matlab/Simulink求解系统振动微分方程,开展了差速齿轮传动系统从定轴状态到差动状态下,差动输入转速大小和方向对动态啮合力的影响规律研究。结果表明:差速齿轮传动系统从定轴状态到差动状态,动态啮合力的幅值先快速衰减,之后保持不变,动态啮合力随时间周期变化。差动输入正向时,快速衰减阶段的最大动态啮合力随着转速增大而减小;反向时,随着转速增大而增大。差动输入正向时,周期变化阶段的最大动态啮合力随着转速增大而增大;反向时,随着转速增大而减小。 With differential gear transmission system as the research object,the dynamic model and the vibration differential equation of the system were established.Taking the static transmission error of gear pair for the dynamic excitation of the system,the vibration differential equation of the system was solved by Matlab/Simulink,and the influence of the magnitude and direction of the differential input speed on dynamic meshing force of differential gear transmission system from the fixed shaft state to the differential state was studied.The results show that the amplitude of the dynamic meshing force of the differential gear transmission system from the fixed shaft state to the differential state decays rapidly at first and remains unchanged later,and the dynamic meshing force changes periodically over time.When the differential input is forward,the maximum dynamic meshing force at rapid decay stage decreases with the increase of the speed,while the differential input is reverse,the maximum dynamic meshing force increases with the increase of the speed.When the differential input is forward,the maximum dynamic meshing force of the periodic change stage increases with the increase of the speed,and when the differential input is reverse,the maximum dynamic meshing force decreases with the increase of the speed.
