摘要
为探究液压挖掘机在工作时发生疲劳失效的影响,基于SY235反铲液压挖掘机实验平台,运用仿真软件对其工作装置进行动力学仿真分析,得到关键铰接点的受力曲线,在实验平台上测试得到对应位置的应力、应变曲线,对比验证模型和仿真结果的正确性,为后续研究疲劳寿命节约成本、减轻工作量。
To explore the impact of fatigue failure of hydraulic excavators at work,based on the experimental platform of the SY235 backhoe hydraulic excavator,the dynamic simulation analysis of its working device is carried out with simulation software to abtain the force curve of the key hinge point.The stress-strain curve of the corresponding position is obtained by testing on the platform and the correctness of the comparison between the model and the simulation result is verified for cost saving and workload reducing in the subequent reserch of fatigue life.
