摘要
针对公路三波护栏板自动生产线在运行工作中抛丸机主轴支撑轴承频繁出现故障的问题,根据抛丸机结构及工作原理,分析主轴支撑轴承的失效原因,设计轴承实时状态监测系统,选取能反映轴承振动状态的敏感测点,根据峭度的阈值判断滚动轴承是否出现故障,选用方均根指标反映轴承故障严重程度。经抛丸机生产中所采集到的轴承振动数据验证了方案的可行性。
To deal with the frequent breakdown of the main shaft support bearing in shot blasting machine during the operation of the automatic production line of highway three-wave guardrail plate,the failure reasons of the spindle support bearing were analyzed and the bearing real-time status monitoring system was proposed in the light of the structure and working principle of the shot-blasting machine.Sensitive measuring points reflecting the bearing vibration state are selected to judge whether the rolling bearing has a fault according to the threshold value of kurtosis,and the root mean square index is selected to reflect the severity of the bearing fault.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the bearing vibration data collected during the production of the shot blasting machine.
