勇于自我革命是中国共产党最鲜明的品格和最大的优势,建党精神则是中国共产党的精神之源,二者都具有“斗争性、先进性、人民性”的内涵特质。在理论层面,建党精神与自我革命具有同本同源的马列主义根基。在历史层面,建党精神和自我革命都源于革命先辈救亡图存的不断求索。在实践层面,以自我革命为实践场域,建党精神能够推动以问题为导向的反腐败斗争,加强民主集中制并严格组织纪律以促进革故和鼎新实现动态平衡,并且建党精神能融于经常性教育和集中性教育以提升自我革命的实效性。新形势下,以伟大建党精神推进自我革命,能够实现建党精神向现实的转化,并有利于提升自我革命的效能。

The courage of self-revolution is the truest and the greatest advantage of the Communist Party of China(CPC)while the founding spirit of the Party is its source of strength.Both of them have the connotation of“belligerence,advancement,and people’s character.”At the theoretical level,the founding spirit of the Party and self-revolution have the same root of Marxism-Leninsm.At the historical level,both the founding spirit of the Party and self-revolution originated from the continuous search for national salvation by the revolutionary ancestors.At the practical level,with self-revolution as the practice field,the founding spirit of the Party can promote issue-oriented anti-corruption struggles,strength democratic centralism and strict organizational discipline to boost innovation which then could achieve a dynamic balance.The founding spirit of the Party can be intergrated into regular education and centralized education to enhance the effectiveness of self-revolution.Under the new situation,promoting self-revolution with the great founding spirit of the Party can achieve the transformation of the founding spirit of the Party into reality and help enhance the effectiveness of self-revolution.
